Calybee vs Zeeg vs Lunacal: which booking tool fits your business?

By the Calybee team · Updated · 8 min read

All three take bookings and payments, and all three can sit on your own website. They are built for different people. Zeeg is made for B2B sales teams, Lunacal for a quick, well-dressed booking link, and Calybee for people and teams who sell their time and want the page clients book from to do the selling. Here is how they differ, with prices from each company's own pricing page on 27 October 2026.

The short answer

  • Choose Zeeg for a B2B sales pipeline: routing forms, native HubSpot, Pipedrive or Salesforce, an AI phone agent, or a rule that data must be hosted in the EU.
  • Choose Lunacal for a booking page with content beside the calendar, SMS reminders and the lowest price for one or two people.
  • Choose Calybee if you sell sessions (coaching, beauty, fitness, tutoring, therapy, consulting) and want a beautiful booking page, link in bio or whole website with packs, memberships, gift cards and reviews, or the same booking and reviews as widgets on the site you already have, with a team of five for one price.

The page clients book from

This is where the three differ most. A booking link only works when the client already trusts you. For everyone else, the page has to do the convincing: who you help, what it costs, what other clients say, and a calendar right there.

Lunacal puts content blocks beside its calendar (text, images, video, testimonials, FAQs), which is a real step up from a bare link. Zeeg keeps its pages simple and puts its effort into routing, the CRM and phone calls. Calybee treats the page as a real website: 56 designs made for each kind of page (booking page, link in bio, portfolio, landing page, classes, personal brand, service menu, full website), filled in for 116 kinds of business, with moving backgrounds, patterns and stickers. You edit it section by section like a theme editor (39 section types, drag and drop, groups, pinned sections), or you tell the Bee, Calybee's AI, what to change. See nine coaching website examples made this way.

Already have a website? All three embed, Calybee embeds the most

A common mistake in comparisons is to treat Calybee as a website builder only. It also adds its parts to the site you already have, and each one stays live by itself: a new free time, a new review or a changed price shows on your site without you touching it.

The full list: the booking calendar, a Book button that opens it over your page, reviews, gift cards, forms, a newsletter sign-up (on the page or as a pop-up), a service quiz that sends people to the right service, locations with maps, a contact band, your blog posts, your policies, a WhatsApp or chat button, and whole pages. Each takes your website's colours and fonts. There is a WordPress plugin, and the code works in Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, Shopify, Framer, Google Sites, GoDaddy and Carrd. Step by step: how to add booking to your website.

Teams: per-user prices against one price for five

Zeeg and Lunacal price every person. Calybee's Teams Bee includes five people in one price, then $10 a month for each extra person billed yearly. For five people, billed yearly, that is $29 on Calybee against about $75 on Lunacal Teams and €80 on Zeeg Business. Team members on Calybee do not need a login or a seat: their schedule comes to them by email, with their own link for their week and their days off. More in team scheduling software for small teams.

Questions people ask

Is Calybee only for people who do not have a website?

No. Calybee can be the whole website, a booking page or a link in bio, or it can add booking, reviews, gift cards, forms, a newsletter sign-up, a service quiz, locations and a chat button to the website you already have, as widgets that take your site's own colours and fonts. There is a WordPress plugin, and the code works in Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, Shopify, Framer and any other site.

What is the difference between Calybee and Zeeg?

Zeeg is scheduling for B2B sales and service teams: routing forms, native HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce, an AI phone agent and data hosted in Germany, priced per user. Calybee is booking for people and teams who sell their time (coaches, salons, studios, tutors), with the page clients book from built in, packs, memberships, gift cards and reviews, and a team of five for one price.

What is the difference between Calybee and Lunacal?

Both take paid bookings at 0% commission with booking pages and embeds. Lunacal is a booking page with content beside the calendar, priced per user, with SMS reminders. Calybee goes further on the page itself (booking page, link in bio, portfolio or a whole website with a blog, in 56 designs, edited section by section or by asking its AI), on reviews and on what you can sell, and prices a team of five as one plan.

Which is cheapest for a team of five?

Billed yearly: Calybee Teams Bee is $29 a month for five people in total; Lunacal Teams is about $75 a month ($15 per user); Zeeg Business, which has round robin, is €80 a month (€16 per user).

Where does Calybee host its data?

Calybee's database runs in Australia, and transfers of EU and UK personal data are covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses in Calybee's data processing agreement. Zeeg hosts its data in Germany and the Netherlands. If your company requires EU hosting, Zeeg meets that today.
