Prices are per month. VAT is added at checkout where it applies. Card fees are your payment provider's own; Calybee takes nothing from your bookings.
Calybee is a website builder and booking system in one, for people who sell their time: coaches, consultants, tutors, freelancers, salons, studios and trainers. Its built-in AI, the Bee, builds your website; Calybee then takes bookings and payments, sends reminders and collects reviews. It also works as booking widgets on a website you already have.
It builds your site from what you share, writes your pages, and makes any change you ask for: a new section, a colour, a photo. You can also change everything yourself in the site editor, section by section, and the Bee helps on every screen of Calybee, not only the site. Every change is one click to undo. It never makes up reviews, prices or policies.
No. Clients pay into your own Stripe or PayPal account. Calybee takes 0%. Stripe or PayPal charge their usual processing fee. Calybee is software, not a payment service: your money never passes through us.
A booking page is free. Widgets, every widget for the website you already have, is $29 a month billed yearly or $34 monthly. Complete, your whole website as well, is $44 or $49. The same numbers in euros. Calybee takes 0% of your bookings. See the plans.
Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then 14 more days with everything working, then moves to Free. Appointments already booked keep their reminders, and packs, memberships and gift cards you already sold still work. Your website goes back to a draft and your widgets show a Book online button. Nothing is deleted: export everything, or come back and it is all as you left it.
Yes. Paste Calybee widgets into WordPress, Wix, Squarespace or any site, or use the WordPress plugin. They stay up to date by themselves.

Booking, prices, deposits, reviews, hours, a map, gift cards, phone speed, Google and AI answers. You get what to fix first, and the widget that fixes it. Run it free.
Yes. Your site is free at calybee.com/yourname, and you can point a domain you own at it, like yourstudio.com. Calybee shows the exact steps for where you bought the domain and checks they work; the secure padlock is set up and renewed for you.
Yes. Bring clients and bookings from Acuity, Calendly, Wix, Fresha, Setmore, Square or a spreadsheet, without emailing anyone.
Yes. Send new bookings, cancellations, sign-ups, forms and reviews to Zapier, Make or any app.
No. They book, pay and manage their bookings from a link.
Google Calendar both ways, with Meet links. Your bookings also show in Apple Calendar and Outlook.
No. You set Calybee up by answering the Bee in plain words, and nothing asks for code. Pasting a widget into another website is one copy and paste, with steps for each website builder.
No. The Bee is built in. If you use Claude, you can connect it too.
Each account sees only its own data, payment keys sit in an encrypted vault, and you can delete everything yourself at any time. See our privacy policy and data processing agreement.
