# Calybee

> One hive for your website, bookings and payments. Calybee is a website builder and booking system in one for businesses that sell their time: coaches, consultants, tutors, therapists, clinics, salons, barbers, fitness and yoga studios, pet care and anyone booked by the hour. Its built-in AI, the Bee, builds it all in minutes, and clients book and pay on the owner's own site, day or night. Calybee takes 0% of bookings.

## Two ways in
- A full website, built by the Bee from a sentence, an old website or a price list, with designs for 60 kinds of business. At calybee.com/name or the owner's own domain.
- Calybee added to the website the owner already has: widgets for WordPress (plugin), Wix, Squarespace or any site, in that site's own colours and fonts. Whole pages can be embedded too.
- Moving from another booking tool: clients and bookings come over from Acuity, Calendly, Wix, Fresha, Setmore, Square or a spreadsheet, without emailing anyone.

## What it puts in one place
A website builder, a booking app, payment links, a review widget, a form builder, reminder emails, analytics, a client spreadsheet, gift cards, memberships, a WhatsApp contact button and a link-in-bio page: usually separate subscriptions, each with its own login, bill and look. In Calybee they are one account, one bill and one look.

## Bookings and payments
- Clients pick a free time and pay when they book, straight into the owner's own Stripe or PayPal
- Busy times stay blocked from Google Calendar (two-way, with Google Meet links), and bookings show in Apple Calendar and Outlook by link
- Reminder and follow-up emails in the owner's words, with an email designer
- Clients move or cancel from the email by the owner's rules; refunds follow the cancellation rule chosen
- Teams: clients pick who they see, or round robin shares bookings out fairly

- Imported from 30 places (Google, Facebook, Trustpilot, Yelp, Fresha, Booksy, Treatwell, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and more) by pasting a link, or from any web page with the Calybee browser extension
- Every client is asked after their session, then invited to post the same words on Google
- Nothing shows until the owner approves it; shown as a wall on the site or a widget anywhere, with the star average worked out
- 2 imported reviews on Free and up to 100 on paid plans; the reviews widget works on every plan; reviews clients write are unlimited

- Another person on either paid plan: $12 a month, or $10 billed yearly, with round robin, team pages and messages.
- Calybee takes 0% of bookings; Stripe or PayPal charge their own fee.

## Trust
- Made for GDPR: data processing agreement, no tracking cookies, fonts served by Calybee
- Payment keys in an encrypted vault; each account sees only its own data
- Full data export and account deletion by the owner at any time
